Sandip qualified as a solicitor in December 2005 and joined SFS Legal in November 2005. Sandip trained with the UK’s sole mobile phone manufacturer Sendo, handling on a daily basis all corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters and working closely with different departments through the organisation. Sandip completed his formal training at top 10 UK law firm DLA Piper Rudnick LLP.
Sandip’s in-house experience provides him with the edge to understand how large organisations operate and the ingredients required to make business a success. With an active involvement in a variety of national and international litigation Sandip has worked on IP litigation against Microsoft and Ericsson.
Sandip provides advice in all areas of commercial law with a focus towards IT and IP law.
